Have used both Telewave and Bird meters with multiple ranges and derating curves for VHF low band.  I still prefer a Bird 43 with a hand full of measuring elements - I believe the accuracy - 5% of full scale is better on the model 43.  (course I also would not part with a mirror scale simpson 260 either).  Just finished stacking a 150 ft Rohn 25G and most everything I have hurts right about now - bring me a cold 807, 73, over and out.
