Hello,
I'm running into a problem trying to program a Digital Capable version
of the MSF 5000, UHF Low split version. I can read the codeplug and
modify it but when it comes to re-programming back to the station I get
an error that reads something like:
"SSCB Firmware is version # /3 The codeplug you are programming is
version # 05. Can not program station."
The software version I have is 5.21 and the two versions that flash on
the station screen are 5.52 & 5.41. I've tried the "upgrade codeplug
version" in the RSS but whether it is System version 1,2, or 3 the
SSCB/TTRC "current vs. change to" versions are all set for 5.
What am I missing and how do I remedy the situation?
