Mathew, take a look at the connector that plugs into the large board 
underneath your unit.  If you have the pins labeled on the chassis, 
where the front panel connector that goes to the control head terminates 
on the board, we can work from there.  I need to drag out one of the 
units I converted and will try to do that shortly so  can pass along 
some more explicit instructions.  I saw a manual for a master exec on 
Ebay this week, and sure would be nice if you could find one.  But I 
converted my first one without a manual, and I think I can talk you 
through a conversion, including the interface I was talking about to 
serve as a transmit control/audio interface.
