That appears to have been an intermediate version, as the VHF MIII's that just came thru here did _not_ have that dip switch. I went looking because the first manuals we got with the stations showed those, and we were programming and aligning them in house. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to see if they would go down-band... -- Jim Barbour WD8CHL
