I just left a 911 Med Dispatch Center - I am pretty sure a kerchunk every time another user keyed their radio and the TOC falsed their 131.8 PL would be a major issue. But, if you want to run 131.8 PL on the same channel with DPL and a turn off code kerchunking the radio every time they let off the key, go for it...again, not at the same time.
