Most every mfgr is guilty of flashing the low duty cycle pa 
values with bold print but the commercial service lock to talk 
numbers seem to get lost in the small print. 

After the Motorola Service Manual arrives... I'll let you know 
what I/we find with the 1225 repeater pa.
