Most can, but you have to look at the Micor book and the MSR book and compare pinouts, then if they match, you get to remove the female pins off the Micor card, then solder the MSR connectors in their place. One way to think about the MSR shelf is that it's a second generation Micor shelf with some bugs fixed. One was the flaky connectors. All of this is documented on the repeater-builder web site on the Mitrek/MSR page.
