A very good solution. Even tho my 'boss' did not like it, I installed something very similar on the filament transformer ac line side that interrupted the PTT line. One of those 115 vac time delay relay in an octal plug housing. One remote base was set to ten minuets to make sure the AC power was stable and the afterburner tubes were well warmed up.
