But, they don't know the value of that, and likely don't have any outlets to get money from it. But, they DO know the value of copper, and there are plenty of scrap yards..
BUT, you would think that the first few cuts would have deterred them since the majority of the metal is NOT copper - as you can clearly see in the photos.
