I read the ebay description, and the mention of an ACC controller I believe is just for comparison; everything I can see in the pix looks just as ours did when received from Kendecom new. The 21 w out is typical for the Nominal 30W exciter. Ours is still in service for W0CWP in Iowa. Biggest problem we had was unreliable ribbon cables/connectors. Replacing them with gold plated connectors seems to have solved that problem.
