FWIW, you do know there really is no such thing as 'inverted DPL', don't you? Every 'inverted' code corresponds to a 'non-inverted' code. So, even if you're using an 'inverted code', if someone tries all the standard codes, they will eventually hit your code.
The inverted tone only inverts the waveform for receivers that have injection opposite from what is the 'norm' (not that there is a norm, either).
