Forget about the CP200- it's an entry-level portable that is intended for light-duty usage, such as for a hotel staff. The HT750 is mid-tier radio that is rugged and dependable, and has the unique feature that it can work seamlessly on Kenwood repeaters if necessary. I have no experience with the Icom IC-F21. I agree that the GP300 is a great radio, and I also have a few that just won't die.
Your choice of portables to go with your repeater should also be based upon what make and model repeater you have.
