There are cables on ebay for usually less than you can build one for. You might look there first.... There is also an online pdf of the service manual on the EF Johnson website ( under their model number unfortunately) as apparently at one time Icom made this radio and it was rebadged as an EFJ.. I found the manual accidentally while google-ing info on the hybrid PA brick it uses. The manual was far more comprehensive than the version Icom released to us dealers.. Complete alignment details are in there... I do not recall the link but I can look around to try to find the PDF... I have downloaded somewhere..
