There are simple boxen which when fitted with a 'phone sim provide a mobile phone connection and a cat5e socket ready for a network connection mainly used for remote cctv access but will connect via the 5e to other devices , I would assume they are available in your part of the world id we have them and cost only a couple of hundred max retail ( I remember seeing one with an rj12 phone connection somewhere)
