Obviously, something is wrong with the operation of your duplexer or interconnecting cabling. I really don't think it's providing the isolation you believe it is...

Can you explain in detail how you are determining the notch depth of the duplexer. Also, what exactly are you using for the components of the duplexer? If it's the coax stub type, which article have you followed?
