I indeed modified the files ini specific to the french language !
But, the result is the same one with the files without modification.
On the other hand, the result is correct with the files ini present in the 
file of installation reportmagic rmagic-2.21.exe !

See the file attached quick.html.

So, the problem seems to come from the update of the language files on 15 
May 2003 !

Yes, that's much clearer. I see the problem. I can't, offhand, identify why 
it would cause a problem, though.

It also appears that the translation is not quite correct. "Heure la plus 
active du mois" is not a correct translation of "Most active hour." -- it's 
possible that the reports could cover a period of more than (or less than) 
one month. But it would appear that's your own customization?

Are there any other differences in the file from the one linked below?
