A number of folks in Europe indicated that the shipping rates for the "repoze.bfg Web Application Framework" book from Createspace to Europe were prohibitive. The book is now available from Amazon.com. I don't really know what the Amazon shipping rates to Europe *are*, but hopefully they're better:
