There is no requirement for a marketing professional or marketing creative since the materials are created by Agencies interfaces with in the process. Project management is required but only in so much as it is needed to consult internal product/service stakeholders for collaboration on material development. Strong communication skills within the team and external agencies is a requirement to ensure the customer experience is always taken into consideration on projects.
