Evaluate the current process flow of the Network Access Form 2. Identification of stakeholders 3. Create a Requirement Document 4. Get the approval of the Requirements document from the stakeholders 5. Provide Oracle with the necessary details and infrastructure to get them started 6. Status update from Oracle Development (Ongoing) 7. Installation of OBPM and WLS 8. Configure OBPM (Directory, Engine, BAM/DataMart) 9. Configure WLS Domain 10. Develop the required Form 11. Deploy OBPM applications on WLS 12. Validate the Environment 13. Integrate CVS with OBPM Studio IDE 14. Create schema/Sort Data Integrity Issues 15. Deploy and test it in Dev 16. Provide adequate documentation with reference to the code generation, and underlying schema. The documentation should include the changes that may be required at the time of creation of a new department or when departments merge or when they cease to exist. It should include the associated code change that may be required when a new approver gets added or when someone needs to be removed from the approvers list. 17. Testing of the form by LPCH QA 18. Deploy and test it in UAT - User acceptance testing by interested stakeholders and other power users 19. Deploy in Production 20. Provide feedback as and when required from business perspective 21.
