This includes; managing the Customer Experience Optimization (CEO) issue submission site (entering, triaging & prioritizing issues), creating and leading taskforces, collaborating with others to resolve online customer experience issues, implementing enhancements, and measuring the success of our site improvements based on customer service results. Additionally, this resource will be responsible for creating the metrics by which we measure the health of our site. This is not a web analytics role. Though the resource will interact with the Analytics Team, it will be in an effort to discern impacts of customer experience issues. The analytics data will be used along with other tools like click stream data, customer satisfaction surveys, & usability reports to understand and improve the customer experience. This resource will ultimately integrate findings into business and design decisions to proactively ensure the best customer experiences are built into our new features/functions on the site. *Job Description:*** • Manage the Customer Experience Optimization (CEO) issue submission site– including entering, triaging, prioritizing, & moving issues through the issue resolution process •Create the metrics used to measure the health of the site by reviewing the existing data , creating measurable goals, summarizing information, and presenting it in a fashion consumable by Leadership • Create a post-release Site Optimization score card • Conduct site reviews to identify actionable customer experience issues • Facilitate working sessions with product SMEs and others (as needed) to review and collaborate to resolve actionable issues • Facilitate regular status update meetings with taskforce participants, and provide status communications for Leadership • Help create the structure around the existing or new processes to make them sustainable over time • Act as the liaison between Production Support and Product Managers • Meet with Product Managers to review production defects and prioritize them • Provide the business priority for defects to the Production Support team to ensure implementation dates align with the business priority • Communicate post release issues being fixed via Red Hat and those deferred up to Leadership • Provide non-project related workflow submission & ticket management support (back-up) as needed • Work with testing teams to prioritize and target defect fixes for deployment • Create executive presentations to provide updates on customer experience changes *Qualifications * • Minimum of two years website analysis experience, preferably in a e-commerce environment • Two to five years Project Management experience (Six Sigma), required • Agile process experience desired • Excellent communication, presentation and data visualization skills • Ability to create structure around process to make them viable, efficient, and sustainable • Ability to provide data-driven, informed recommendations and creative solutions to data challenges • Solid understanding of online and offline marketing and analytics best practices • A collaborative team player possessing the ability to partner with cross-functional teams • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word & PowerPoint • Aptitude to balance multiple projects independently, both short and long term • Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, accounting, business management or computer science preferred • Ability to work independently in a high-performing, ever-changing environment Skills Inventory Skill Experience Need 1) Web Technology Expert Required 2) Project Mgmt Certification Expert Required 3) Executive Written/Verbal Communication Skills Expert Required 4) Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Expert Required 5) Website Analysis Expert Required 6) Process Documentation Expert Required 7) Pre.
