We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows Title: *Salesforce CRM Systems Analyst* Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Duration: 5+ Months (possible extension) Experience: 10+ years Interview: Phone followed by in person Locals only – F2F interview required *Job Summary:* Maintain the Omnicare instance of Salesforce.com, a SaaS solution, through user setup, permissions configuration, object relationship maintenance, report configuration, dashboard configuration, and workflow design. Manage and perform integration tasks between Salesforce.com and the applications that import or export data. Key Responsibilities: • All responsibilities listed are as they relate to Saleforce.com support and configuration • Facilitate user account setup and maintenance • Configure user account permissions • Establish role and responsibility structure based on business owner design specifications • Establish requested reports • Establish requested dashboards • Establish requested workflows • Monitor system utilization • Facilitate the use of integration methods between Salesforce.com and other applications • Understand Salesforce design concepts in order to promote separation of Divisional data (ex: AccuMed, Omnicare, Specialty Pharmacy) • Understand Salesforce design concepts in order to promote sharing of data where applicable between Omnicare Departments (ex: Marketing, Sales, Customer Retention, Medical Supplies) Minimum (Required) Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. • 2 – 5 years of Salesforce.com application configuration management experience Preferred Qualifications: • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to travel up to 6 times per year, 1 week at a time. • Residing in the immediate Cincinnati area and able to work from Downtown Cincinnati office Work Environment: Work in a climate-controlled, smoke-free internal environment.
