Title: Application Support - Documentum

Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Duration: 6+ months

1. 8+ years of experience in Documentum, CSC FirstDoc, CSC RSS suite of
2. Experience and administration in labelling ALiCE application.
3. Supporting a Regulatory Document Management using FirstDoc, Documentum,
eCTDXpress, ISIPublisher and Alice.
4. Administration of Adlib software.
5. Supports the administration, Design and configuration of suite of
applications under FirstDoc.
6. Oversees appropriate level of software installations and
7. Interacts with client management with Problem Reports, Change Controls
8. Unix knowledge is required.
9. Working and resolving tickets in SLA environment\Support model.
10. Understanding of FDA\Global validators used for FDA submission.

Preferred experience: Bachelor’s degree and production Firstdoc/ISI
Publisher/etdExpress and documentum suite Experience

The consultant would be responsible for supporting day-to-day Firstdoc and
associated application in production and other environment.
The consultant would be lead resource with experience in a variety
technologies including Firstdoc, Documentum, eCTDXpress, ISIPublisher and
Alice, UNIX, Oracle and associated IT infrastructure skills. Liaise with IT
Infrastructure teams and business and application Development team
This individual will be part of a group of support organization and would
be responsible for support and maintenance of this application.
This individual’s primary focus will be production support of Baxter
regulatory affairs system for both L2/L3 activities.

• Responsible for supporting a Regulatory Document Management Solution
using FirstDoc, Documentum, eCTDXpress, ISIPublisher and Alice.
• Supports the Administration, Design and configuration of suite of
applications under FirstDoc.
• Oversees appropriate level of software installations and upgrades and
related software packages.
• Develops and maintains appropriate system documentation to ensure that
documentation is current.
• Oversees the maintenance of a library of system supporting process and
procedure documentation.
• Interacts with client Management to answer questions, problems and
requests regarding Problem Reports, new requirements and Change Control.
• Need to manage and co-ordinate PMR’s with product vendors.
• Need to flexible to travel to multiple customer office as need basis
(within city limits)
