I can confirm the workaround in comment #6 by @splatter2 works in an old
repository. Thanks for that! Seems we are one step closer to solving this.
I did also notice that `svn rebase -n` is in fact being called. Perhaps the
old logic from 0.7.11 is still there after all (maybe just being used
differently)?
