I know this is well outside the initial project expectation, but I'm curious
about the ability to provide a mechanism to review non-source code
documentation, specifically the documentation that can be found in a
Confluence wiki. The idea being that if I write up a technical specification
document or detailed design document I'd like to force people to review it
and provide feedback. However, there's not a great way to do that in
Confluence. I'm not specifically sure how I'd even go about rendering it in
ReviewBoard to provide a visibility for the reviewer to provide comments,
and obviously external material would have to be stripped (images, includes,
etc).

I'm not expecting this to actually work, just opening the discussion to see
if this type of thing would be a desired feature and if so possibly how it
could be implemented.
