Hi, Unfortunately, until I'm able to dig in and figure out what's going wrong, there's no advice I can give you. You will not be able to use the standard Git option with the raw file URL, as that's only compatible with certain setups, and GitLab is not one of them.
I've scheduled some time to look into the GitLab support. I'll let you know when I know more.
