It's probably okay to use string representation here as all Literals will 
anyways be converted to string for pushdown. But, it will be good to add a 
comment here explaining why we're using the string representation and not 
binary representation for TimeStamp.

As for what format to use as default, it's probably okay to use the 'yyyy-mm-dd 
hh:mm:ss.ms'. But, I think we will find more as we do more tests.
