Both older python and old I've also tested with RHEL 7.9 (1.0.2k-fips) and IMPALA_USE_PYTHON3_TESTS=false. Without this change, I get Socket error None: Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden on test_wildcard_ssl for HS2-HTTP, and all other tests pass.
