IMPALA-15233: Remove catch blocks in MetastoreServiceHandler after HIVE-27193
This removes 2 catch blocks in MetastoreServiceHandler because after
HIVE-27193, MetaStoreUtils#parseDbName() in Hive no longer throws a
MetaException.
Testing:
- Verified test_metastore_service.py and
CatalogHmsSyncToLatestEventIdTest pass after this fix.
