We don't have a way to allocate a ppc64le node in ou pre-commit testing, which uses Jenkins on AWS. We will need a way to test ppc64le works as long as we want to support it. This means a physical node outside of AWS that Jenkins can talk to or an emulator on an AWS node that Jenkins can talk to.
