One final thing about the config properties and docs:
* Make all the config properties start with the same prefix -- we now have
`spark.tachyonmaster.*`, `spark.tachyonstore.*` and `spark.tachyonStore.*`. I
think the best name is `spark.tachyonStore.*`. For the
`spark.tachyonmaster.address`, maybe call that "master" or "URL".
* Document these properties in `docs/configuration.md`.
