Ah I see - anyways I think it's better to give the user control over the
port used... For instance if a user sets SPARK_LOCAL_IP Jetty should just bind
to this server. If SPARK_LOCAL_IP isn't specified though I agree a good
fallback is to bind to all interfaces.
