    Okay it looks like this class is inside of `jul-to-slf4j-1.7.5.jar`. This 
is not ideal because sometimes people change around these logging bridges. If, 
e.g. they want to route JUL to other logging systems.
    
    Is there any way to do this without referencing this class?
    
    Alternatively, could we use reflection here so that if it's not present at 
runtime we don't fail?
