OK. Sounds good. I will also update the migration guide since this is
changing v1 command behavior.
The reason it's checked here is that `CheckAnalysis` uses `foreachUp`, so
`UnresolvedTableWithViewExists` is handled first before handling `AlterTable`.
Any suggestion?
