Thanks @logc -- I had some style comments that I left inline. The
dependencies + License look good to me.
I am not really sure why we dont use `requirements.txt` / `setup.py` -- One
reason I can see is that we want it to be zero overhead for users to run
spark_ec2.py without installing or setting up anything before that.
