@acvogel Just to be clear, with this PR do we mean to support any of the
following combinations?
* master is spot instance, slaves are not
* master is not spot instance, slaves are
* both master and slaves are spot instances
* neither master nor slaves are spot instances
Have you tested all of these combinations?
