The documentation build failure is one of many problems, @ScrapCodes. Most of builds are already being failed due to the flakiness apparently because the meachines are being slow down. Looks `.m2` cache issue in worker 4 came back again. The documentation builds doesn't fail at Github Actions; however, it specifically fails in Jenkins machines too.
