I will probably share some contexts later into dev mailing list once we have a clear picture on what we want. Currently we're checking the feasibility of Github Actions commercial plan. Separately, I'm personally working on the Github Actions migration - https://github.com/HyukjinKwon/spark/pull/4 which is almost done.
