hmmm...might be out of the scope of this patch,
if we look at
https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/c3a52a08248db08eade29b265f02483144a282d6/sbin/start-slaves.sh#L44
start-slaves actually will query the SPARK_MASTER_PORT/IP before starting the
worker process; shall we go forward with the consistent design?
