I don't think so.
IIUC start-slaves.sh read SPARK_MASTER_PORT/IP to pass them to other slave
nodes so that the workers on remote nodes can read it and connect to the master.
Let start-slave to read master's ip&port from other source is kinda making
the start process more complicated.
