I think the real problem here is that `,` is a delimiter in Windows batch
scripts and thus needs to be escaped:

So I think the correct fix would be to change
`CommandBuilderUtils.quoteForBatchScript` to escape commas also. That would
also avoid the temp file... which can cause problems if two jobs are being
launched at the same time.
