@andrewor14 Thanks man - let me know if it needs anything else. I didn't
end up changing any of the names for existing configs or introducing new
versions of those but I think that's ok for time parameters because there's
only a couple with explicit suffixes. I think it could be done but it's a bit
of a pain in the neck and would complicate the code for ingesting the modified
parameters (since we'd now need to check for both A and B). SPARK-5932 would be
worse since there's many more fields with explicit suffixes there.
