SPARK-6676 [BUILD] Clarify that profile hadoop-2.4 is intended for 2.4 and
later
Clarify that profile hadoop-2.4 is intended for 2.4 and later with a note
in `pom.xml`, explicit note in the Building Spark docs, and changes to example
to avoid implying that `-Phadoop-2.4` must be paired with
`-Dhadoop.version=2.4.0`
