@HyukjinKwon @srowen I'd like ask your for advice here: https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/29286/commits/1e14d4aa8a38c11c3e46ea85c668b27d3106ad2c uncovers a lot of warnings that were hidden by previous compiler reporter (and thus with the converting warnings to errors). I could either fix them here or do them in separate changeset, after this one would be merged (if that would happen someday).
