I think I am wondering two things -- why is it necessary to include some of
these things like commons-beanutils, when they are already part of the
dependency graph of even core? and second, I wonder why the tachyon _client_
has to bring in things as large as _hadoop-core_ for example?
(As an aside, the dependency graph should be managed in the parent, so that
the exclusions would not have to be repeated if this were used in other
modules.)
What do you mean about promoting deps to exclude them? That's the point I'm
probably missing.
