This is actually a bug that we couldn't extract the condition and add it on
top as a Filter for the left semi join. It's not right in logic. We probably
need to add the `condition` field for `LeftSemiJoinHash`,
`BroadcastLeftSemiJonHash` and `LeftSemiJoinBNL` etc.
