@freeman-lab thank you for reviewing. I will modify it soon.
The reason removing `toMergeList` at the old version is that I think it
depends on scipy much. However, as you're suggesting, we should support any
function to get a dendrogram. How is adjacency list?
Or if there is any general data structure for a linkage matrix, we should
support it. Do you have any idea?
