[SPARK-7277][SQL] Show warning message if the property mapred.reduce.tasks
is set to -1

As automatically determining the number of reducers is not supported
(`mapred.reduce.tasks` is set to `-1`), we should show warning message to users.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/viirya/spark-1 no_neg_reduce_tasks
