Here are some Maven plug-ins that will also implicitly introduce lower
versions of `log4j2`, like scala-maven-plugin, the import relationship is as
follows:

org.scala-sbt:zinc_2.12:1.3.1 ->
org.scala-sbt:zinc-core_2.12:1.3.1 ->
