There are some Maven plugin will also implicitly introduce lower versions of
`log4j2`, like scala-maven-plugin, the import relationship is as follows:
```
net.alchim31.maven:scala-maven-plugin:4.3.0 ->
org.scala-sbt:zinc_2.12:1.3.1 ->
org.scala-sbt:zinc-core_2.12:1.3.1 ->
org.scala-sbt:zinc-apiinfo_2.12:1.3.1 ->
org.scala-sbt:zinc-classfile_2.12:1.3.1 ->
org.scala-sbt:util-logging_2.12:1.3.0 ->
org.apache.logging.log4j:log4j-core:2.11.2
```
But there are commets here telling us not to upgrade scala-maven-plugin:
