       sorry, `SQLConf.withExistingConf(sqlConf) {}`.
   
   I'm fine to pass sql conf to `ExecutionListenerManager`, as it's an internal 
class. I'm against changing the constructor of `QueryExecutionListener`, as 
it's a breaking change.
